Yes — every pair ships with guided cutting lines so you can trim to your exact shoe size, including half sizes. Just remove your current insole, trace it, and cut along the guide.

With daily wear, most customers get 6–12 months of full support before the foam begins to compress.

Tip: hand wash occasionally and air dry to help them last longer.

In most shoes, yes. A couple of tips to make sure:

  • Remove your shoe's original insole first for the best fit and most room.
  • If your shoes run roomy, you can layer Zetstep on top of the original insole.
  • Narrower or slimmer-cut shoes may feel a bit more snug once the insole's in, compared to roomier styles like boots or sneakers.

They're designed to fit most closed-toe shoes, including sneakers, work shoes, and boots. They may not fit well in very narrow or minimalist footwear.

The insoles themselves should be spot-cleaned rather than machine washed, to protect the foam core and support structure.
